While Chick-fil-A may be best known for serving the best chicken sandwich, hot waffle fries and that oh-so-delicious Chick-fil-A Sauce, it is our friendly Team Members who are the most important aspect of who we are. Compensation & benefits
We have some of the best compensation and benefits packages in the food industry.
Competitive Pay: Start at $16.00 with opportunities for pay raises within 60 days. Full-time Team Members start at $18.00 once training is complete.
Health Insurance*: We provide a health insurance stipend for medical, dental and vision.
Paid Time Off*: The majority of positions within our organization are eligible to accrue PTO based on hours worked.
Flexible Schedules: We know you have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. And don’t forget that we are closed Sunday, which means you always have a dedicated day off.
Shift Meals: Your choice of food and drinks worth up to $10.19 every shift.
Off the Clock 50% Discount: All Team Members receive 50% off any food purchase up to $10.19 when not working.
Growth Opportunitites: We offer a unique Rank Up program for all Team Members, allowing you to determine if and how quickly you want to move up within the business and increase your pay.
Tuition & Textbook Reimbursements: We offer Tuition Reimbursement (up to $5,000 a year) to all qualifying employees and Textbook & Fees Reimbursements (up to $250 a quarter) for all qualifying Running Start student employees.
College Scholarship Opportunities*: Chick-fil-A offers $1000.00, $2,500.00 and $25,000.00 scholarships for eligible Team Members.
