Shift Leaders at Chick-fil-A Bridgeport & 100th are responsible for day to day task management of restaurant systems, engaging and solving customer concerns and issues, and the supervision of team member shifts and duties.

 

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to

  • Managing day to day cash responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily inventory needs

  • Engaging and resolving customer complaints

  • Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals

  • Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs

  • Managing team member performance and staffing needs

  • Executing catering orders and unique customer needs


Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members

  • Strong commitment to superior customer service

  • Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues

  • Knowledge of computer and internet based software and hardware preferred

  • Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility

  • State of Washington Food Handlers card


Compensation & Benefits

  • $16-$17/hr
