How To Order

Step 1

Download the Chick-fil-A App here.

Step 2

Start your mobile order by choosing Delivery and clicking the “Change Address” button. First-time users will need to enter and save the Exchange address listed above. Once saved, select the address and click “Start My Order.” Please note that orders can only be made for the same day, starting at 6:30am. 

Step 3

Prior to menu selections, review the ‘Delivery Details’ page and select the Preferred Arrival Time of the delivery order. Current mobile order drop off times are 11:00am, 11:45am, 12:30pm & 1:15pm. Times are subject to change based on demand.

Step 4

Choose items and place order. You will receive updates on the App when our Delivery Driver is en-route.

Step 5

Arrive at the Chick-fil-A Exchange location at designated pickup time.

Step 6

Pick up your food and get back through the gate in plenty of time to enjoy your delicious Chick-fil-A lunch.

  • Yes. Right now we are offering pick up times at 11:00am, 11:45am, 12:30pm and 1:15pm. We will adjust according to demand, so let us know if a group of you need a different delivery time!

  • No. All orders must be placed on the Chick-fil-A App prior to pickup. This ensures you can order from our full menu and everything is delivered to you fresh and ready to enjoy.

  • Once you place your mobile delivery order, you will receive update notifications from the Chick-fil-A App. You will be notified when your order is fulfilled, the driver is on the way and once your order has arrived at the Chick-fil-A Exchange.

  • No. Our team will only accept hearty “thank yous” and kind encouragements.
