We believe that if you work hard, have a good attitude and consistently strive to improve yourself, you have what it takes to grow in our business.

The basics

All that is required is self motivation and the ability to learn how to properly do certain positions.

This advancement is in recognition of improved performance and knowledge in one respected area. In order to move up in rank, you must take and pass the required Skill Assessments, Knowledge Tests and Cultural Values Evaluation. We are looking for people to truly know the components they are being tested over. 

Each position has three levels.*

As you move up the levels, your pay will increase. When you reach the Master level, the next rank up is considered a promotion and must be approved.

* There doesn’t need to be an open position for someone to move up a level within their rank and get a pay increase. You may not skip levels and each level must be passed to advance.

The details

Everyone is eligible to Rank Up unless your points total is too high.

Any Team Member with 20 or more disciplinary points will not be eligible to rank up until the points drop below 20. Additionally, if the Team Member acquires 20+ points during the Rank Up, the Rank Up will be put on pause until points drop below 20.

Front of House Rank Up Requirements & Pay Rates

  • Level One

    Complete Training Packet & Meet with Training Director, Be Employed for 60+ days.

    Minors must also meet availability requirements to qualify for the Rank Up program

    Hourly Rate: $16.75 | Full Availability: $18.25

    Level Two

    Complete One Knowledge Test with a score of 85% out of 100%

    Complete Skills Assessment with a score of 130+ out of 200

    Hourly Rate: $17.25 | Full Availability: $18.75

    Level Three

    Complete All Three Knowledge Tests with a score of 85% out of 100% for each.

    Pass Cultural Values Evaluation

    Hourly Rate: $17.75 | Full Availability: $19.25

  • Promotion must be approved by Training Director & Shift Supervisors.

    Read The Art of Operational Excellence

    Complete Knowledge Test with a score of 93% out of 100

    Complete accompanying Reading Questions Packet

    Hourly Rate: $18.25 | Full Availability: $19.75

    Level Two

    Complete Skills Assessment with a score of 180+ out of 200

    Hourly Rate: $18.75 | Full Availability: $20.25

    Level Three

    Pass Cultural Values Evaluation
